A packed venue takes its own network down - thousands of phones saturate cellular between them, and venue WiFi is rarely built for a crowd at that density. That is exactly when you want to do something with every phone in the room. We build systems that broadcast rather than connect, so reaching a full arena costs the same as reaching one seat and nothing depends on a signal that will not be there. We have been doing it since 2000.

What it does not do

It reaches phones that have the app and are in range, so coverage follows installs and hardware placement rather than seats sold. The channel is one-way - nothing reports back, so effects are designed to degrade quietly. It complements life safety systems as an independent second channel; it does not replace or certify as one.
